Ok, for the critique part:
At first glance, I thought she was posing at a side angle. Once I looked closer, I realised her leg positioning and saw they were facing the front. So I'm a little confused on her pose.
I'm not sure if it's just me, or if her right eye (when I'm looking straight at her from the front) looks like it has no pupil. Unless her hair is covering it up, and I didn't realise it.
Anyway, that's the end of my critique! I really do like your character! Beautiful colours and a cute outfit^^
